Having to revisit again to rectify an issue caused by sorting a problem out

The issue was resolved very quickly, and I was kept updated of what was happening. I really liked the video that was sent by the engineers.

Booked my car in over the phone with the reception took it in on the Saturday morning as planned only when I got there they said the car wasn't booked in at all, sat there for quite a few minutes before anyone even came to me.

I collected my car after spending £400, took my car home, parked it over the weekend and the windows had come down by themselves and it had rained, car was absolutely soaked inside. The windows were down when I collected it but thought nothing of it.

Yas was very easy to deal with. He was not pushy when we turned certain products down and just explained the benefits. The service from him and Gareth was great I was kept updated at all times

At collection time the salesman had everything ready to go but was held up for over half an hour waiting for the finance manager, they were all in a meeting apparently.

No problems with the actual service but I reported that the seatback handles have a horrible action compared to new cars. To be told that there was nothing wrong and nothing could be done was not right!

The whole transaction was conducted remotely as I no longer live locally to the dealership. I signed and agreed a purchase against one car and then was told it was no longer available. However the card I now have is exactly what I wanted

Everything was fine and Yas was great to deal with! I only gave 4 stars out of 5 though however as there were problems with the paperless IT system so the vehicle handover on the day I picked it up took approx 1.5 hours which meant a lot of waiting.

The experience of seeing the car under wraps in the show room, made it very special. The sign that the car was waiting for me was a great touch too. I felt like it was my birthday!

The reception I received was excellent. Loved the short video update. However, the valet was poor. I know it's a nice little extra but it must have taken 5 mins. A quick wash outside - fine. A quick hoover of the floor carpets and that was it.
