Not as personal a service as used to receive from Steve. Went to collect car to be asked if I was dropping my car off. I'd only been in that morning. Felt rushed.

I would have given 5 stars, but after my service the car was returned minus the valve dust caps, I am currently waiting for them in the post
There was a fault on my car and it already been sorted without any further damage to my engine. Also received a discount from sytner as a good will gesture. Rebecca was A* service advisor and Nathan A* technician.

Time spent waiting. Rang for appointment to look at a warning light re tyre pressure. Offered 11 am. I accepted. Arrived on time and was asked "when are you returning to collect? I stated that I have an appointment so I will wait. 2.5 hours later!!!
A very efficient process from start to finish
Dropped the car off, went into town to do a bit of shopping, received a call to say it was being cleaned and could collect. If I had to mark down it would be that the wheels were dirty! My Dad would be showing you what to do!!! :D

It was spot on from the minute I walked in to the video you sent me letting me know exactly what is going on. I got a phone call to check that I was happy to do what was needed I had my questions answered properly so I knew what was being done .

My mother and I both have Mini's - one serviced and one MOT. Both cars were damaged while in their care. We have contacted the dealership 4 times and get no phone call back. The matter is still not resolved (nearly 2 weeks on) - really disappointed.
See box above. Your systems are obviously designed to reduce cost etc for yourselves, at the expense of convenience for your customers. It REALLY annoys me that I have to make at least 2 trips to get something fixed. e.g. why no tyre stocks on site?

helpful staff, easy booking in for the quickly diagnosed fault, and [fairly] quick conclusion - a further part was required, which delayed the return of the car.
Car had typo on number plate, one of the doors is not correctly aligned.
There was an extremely long wait for just a bulb change and wash eg about 2hours. It was a Saturday and the activity took place at BMW adjacent location. Usually everything works very well.
Maj was great. Very helpful and friendly
