The mot was to take 90 mins and with car wash up to 2 hours - I had to check where car was after 2 hours 20 as app said it was back either me but it wasn't. When waiting for the mot it would have been nice to be kept updated in delays

I'm sure the service was fine. However as soon as I got into my car the warning light to pump up the tyres came on. It was taken back in and turns out all 4 tyres need some air. Disappointing after spending over £500 on a service.

Car was in for MOT and aircon service Was told it would take 2-2.5 hrs Actually took 3.5 hours with very little communication on how things were progressing. Usually go to Mini but had to attend BMW dealership next door and staff were not as helpful

Re: service advisor - It was rushed, felt very impersonal, i didn't feel like he even knew any info on my mini and i was the one pulling info. I advised myself to get a new tyre as per the info i got out of the advisor.
