Everything was dealt with well - Becky was excellent to deal with. Any question was either answered straight away or if not known (or unsure) the right answer was found. No waffling or guesswork and always honest.

Very satisfied with my experience with Mini Nottm. Have had four Mini's from Nottm branch over the years and always been very satisfied. Just disappointed this time to find you no longer supply rear mats! Inside looks incomplete!?

Service and communication all the way through has been excellent and although we had an issue with thefinal delivery spec not being as ordered, this apparently was not the fault of the dealership who are actively working to resolve for us.

Had a sit and wait MOT apt and was advised 1.5 to 2 hours. Went way over that and at no point was I given any update at all until I requested it about 3.5 hours in. I was then told 20mins and it was another 45. Total 4hr 15mins!

The service from Mini Sytner Nottingham was excellent Hosting from Olivia was fantastic and clear and the video from the technician extremely helpful. Excellent compared to another Mini Service Centre I visited.

Pleasant staff very helpful. Unfortunately the time scale I was told was wrong as it took a lot longer than told.This wasn't the fault of Nottingham sytner but the Leicester call centre,surely you should deal with the actual garage!!!!

It would have been 5 stars but after leaving Sytner Mini I had to take the car back because l had a message come up telling me the car was low on oil. This came as a shock because I'd just had it serviced. Turns out it was it was a software problem.

Would have given 5 stars, I had booked a courtesy car booked, but they didn't have one because the person who had it the day before didn't bring it back in time. This was not the staffs fault, I'm just glad I was having a good day with my condition.

Excellent. The video was taken at a good steady pace and with good views of the equipment being mentioned. The mechanic giving the commentary was excellent, not speaking too quickly or too quietly and with very helpful comments about the vehicle.

Service and MOT were completed within timescale expected. MOT revealed a need for vehicle tracking to be adjusted and was able to book in for that to be sorted. Liked courtesy washing clean.

Dropped off the car, and returned after receiving a text message to say the job was completed. Olivia explained the procedure that was required and was polite, charming and professional throughout as was her colleague on pick up.

I have to say Mat was an excellent head technician who was outstanding. Also the reception team dealt with everything to a high standard and my issue was sorted for free under mini uk for the steering rack.

All staff who saw me that day were friendly and professional. The mechanic who worked on my car took the time to explain how to look after my new battery, as I use my car less than once per week, typically for 5-10 minute journeys.

I told the staff on a service visit there was a fault on the driver side window. I was charged £120 to diagnose the fault. Re booked at circa £550 cost suggested to complete the works on arrival over £700.Feel ripped off wont be coming back.

Initially I think I was given the wrong indication of the cost in that the cost of the clutch was given but I did not remember being told I might also need a flywheel. However the receptionist went and found a technician who explained everything.
