Great communication: phoned when he said he would and gave a quick response to emails, and any questions always answered fully. Nothing was too much effort. Went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

Helpful throughout the process. Rebecca Edward's went the extra mile, and nothing was too much trouble. She even drove out to my home address to change my private plates so they were on my new car.

We weren't told that our original sales representative had changed and then the continual emails and expectations to complete numerous documents on line was quite excessive and intrusive.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Evian Moukadi. From first contact by phone to handover could not have been more helpful and obliging. Exceptionally considerate and polite, also kept us well informed of progress. He was also patient, we are old!

After initial diagnosis (rear seatbelt warning light problem) I was told that the service desk would get back to me and let me know what the next step would be but several moths went by and I heard nothing! I then had to rebook!

I was charged a full diagnosis fee to investigate an amber warning light, despite paying the full fee mini were only able to advise that the catalytic converter was causing the issue but could not do any further of there normal investigation.

Got the car the 14th of August, on day one and took it in on the 20th with steering problems, this was finally fixed on the 25th Sept.

While this was booked via the Mini App it was not clear that a full service was required. The only issue that we had was that the complementary valet was not completed which means we will have to make another visit to get this done if we want to.

Totally happy. Evian could not have done more. We weren't rushed or forced into a decision. Optional extras were explained but not pushed. After sales support has been offered and I've been encouraged to go back for further help with the technology.
