Avian was polite and very friendly. However, there was a delay. I was under the impression the car we were ordering was exactly the same as the demonstration car. That was not the case. It's worth showing customers what exactly they are ordering.

There is little doubt that BMW centres provide a very professional service, BUT at an inflated cost. It should also ask about value for money! In that area I would only give it a 2 star rating!

Both visits, my work was left until the end of the day or pushed to the next. A two-day rattle diagnosis, then a simple gas strut replacement I didn't get back for three days. MINI work feels deprioritised since servicing moved into the BMW site.

I'm sure the service was fine. However as soon as I got into my car the warning light to pump up the tyres came on. It was taken back in and turns out all 4 tyres need some air. Disappointing after spending over £500 on a service.
