Nottingham Sytner is modern and sleek, I love the special handover area as it makes such a great background for pics & videos. All the staff there are always very attentive, and Rebecca made each visit welcoming yet efficient without being rushed.

Even when there was a slight collection issue (the car wasn't taxed in time) Laksh went out of her way to sort the issue and personally deliver the car to my home on her day off.

Daniel and Sophie at MINI Nottingham have been a pleasure to deal with, if it weren't for Daniel's help when we visited the showroom we wouldn't have ordered the car from them. Sophie has been great too with sorting the handover.

Evian Moukodi was, and continues to be, brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. He's open to admitting if he doesn't know the answer and commits to finding out. Love the split handover he uses.

Always a good service although it would be much better if I didn't have to leave my car for the whole day you must have an idea what time it is likely to go into the workshop annoying that you constantly tell me I need to give you a high score

James was so helpful, friendly and really went out of his way to ensure I was able to get my car sorted with minimal inconvenience or fuss on my part. James kept me informed throughout and just made everything really stress free.

James on the service desk went above and beyond what I expected. The car was booked in for only the tyre replacement. He managed to get the alloy wheel refurbished and the tyre replaced in the one visit. Mt thanks to James, please.

Excellent service- we were kept informed of progress throughout. We ordered a set of car mats alongside fitting of a dashcam. The bootliner was missing but a quick phone call sorted it and James was quick to bring to the car. Lovely staff ??

James is a credit to Sytner Nottingham. Upon initial inspection the front brakes were found to have been incorrectly fitted by Sytner. This was worrying. James apologised and fitted new front brakes FOC and some discount on my air con service.

They knew how far I was travelling and my car was attended to straight away so I didn't have to wait to long. Although a health check and wash was not carried out as requested on the on line booking. Had to change this from 4 to 5 stars to submit

The web app I had access to was not showing the correct information (it told me the car was finished, paid for and collected when it had not been). Also, the video report never came through - I had to request it from the technician via email.

I normally get my car serviced on a Saturday at bmw and it leads to so much contrition in getting it back, being given updates, and me calling for that purpose. MINI were brilliant. Told me when to come and by what time, great service.
