Sytner Mini Nottingham are always very friendly and welcoming with everyone taking time out to say hello. This is the second car I have bought from Matthew who understands what I want and doesn't push me into buying something I don't need.

Nottingham Sytner is modern and sleek, I love the special handover area as it makes such a great background for pics & videos. All the staff there are always very attentive, and Rebecca made each visit welcoming yet efficient without being rushed.

Even when there was a slight collection issue (the car wasn't taxed in time) Laksh went out of her way to sort the issue and personally deliver the car to my home on her day off.

Kept informed at all times. A quick call before hand to remind/inform that you're booked in. Kept informed of what's going on during via phone and video inspection. Then let know the car is ready for collection. Fast service on collection.

I would give it 5 stars were it not for the high cost of carrying out a VERY ROUTINE service. The service consisted of a brake fluid change - costing £180 - the fluid was about £30 so the charge for labour was £150! Not bad for about 1/2 hrs work!

Service by my local dealership was exceptional. My sales executive - Lakhsme Kaur - was very helpful during the purchase process, going above and beyond when my vehicle had a stop delivery notice applied on the morning I went to pick it up.

I have received a Re-call letter for checking the High-Voltage Battery for my F56 Electric. I have told James that I use my F56 for driving lessons and need the car on time. James promised me that I can get my car back on time, and he made it for me.

Very efficient-all seems well after service, liked it being cleaned, complete with video! I waited for the sevice to be completed-the waiting area was very comfortable with coffee/tea, croissants, crisps and biscuits

I went in to get my rear tyres looked at as I knew that they would be due for replacement sometime soon. A 'cut to cords' fault was discovered on one of the tyres. James ordered me a complimentary Uber as my car was declared unroadworthy.

My car was re-called due to a problem. This was dealt with well and I was very pleased to have been pros courtesy car to use. I was also very grateful to the staff for cleaning my car!

Excellent service- we were kept informed of progress throughout. We ordered a set of car mats alongside fitting of a dashcam. The bootliner was missing but a quick phone call sorted it and James was quick to bring to the car. Lovely staff ??

James is a credit to Sytner Nottingham. Upon initial inspection the front brakes were found to have been incorrectly fitted by Sytner. This was worrying. James apologised and fitted new front brakes FOC and some discount on my air con service.
