As above. My wife came in to test drive/purchase first and saw the opportunity to change myself. Sales process clearly communicated. Car arrived four weeks ahead fo schedule.

When I booked the service, I was told that within 1 day I could get back my car. However, it actually took 3 days and no spare car for me. On the other hand, the service is good that I all the ways are polite and I can get into the situation easily.

Becky was excellent. Had previous poor experience of Sytner Audi Leicester which made us hesitant to come and only came in to Nottingham because the Derby 10km run route was blocking our way to Derby Mini - all paid off in the end.

Very friendly staff who came across honest & trustworthy. Although my mini went in for rear brakes, at my request they also reset the factory settings at no extra charge. They were also very complementary about my mini! Everyone loves a compliment!

Shortly after the service our car developed a problem and had to be returned for additional work which was an inconvenience to us as we were without a car for 4/5 days. Mini did however fully resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction.

Had to take car in for recall. Inconvenient, but the free health check and wash made up for my loss of time. Woman who confirmed appointment did say ny car would be cleaned inside as well.it wasn't. On visit James was very friendly and informative

Reason for my visit was for a part recall. Would have scored higher if I hadn't needed to bring my car in twice for the same recall reason, which is quite inconvenient, however this time I was given a curtesy car which made it easier.
