Very helpful friendly service. Not pressurising. Sometimes would have welcomed more information. Automatic emails from mini UK were sometimes conflicting and confusing.

Matthew Priestley was extremely helpful & my final deal was good. But I was disappointed by other members of staff in Matthew's absence as felt they over promised & under delivered. It seemed to become more about their figures than me as a customer.

Incredibly simple order process 30 minute visits we were shown around the car loved it and ordered it on the spot very friendly non pushy approach mini always make you feel special on delivery as well with their collection bay approach!

The process of buying my new Mini could not have been smoother. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and efficient - without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and communication, both face to face and via mobile was excellent.

Everything was fine with the individual looking after me who I recognised as he has looked after my services / Mot previously. It was a little bit busy now mini is mixed with the bmw garage also no parking so I hope that is organised better.

Rating is for helpfulness but I wasn't overly impressed. Problem was sorted eventually & staff were friendly & respectful. However it took a long time before it was resolved & had I not checked before I left it would not have been resolved at all

The booking in and collection was unsatisfactory. Nobody told me it is being done at bmw now so I was waiting outside Mini. On collection I was told the wrong place for my car and had to find it via tracker.

Everything was excellent, except that we had to wait around 10 minutes on arrival to be seen by someone, when we just wanted to drop our keys off and head to work.

Great to be welcomed and looked after by James Young. All updates on the vehicle could be accessed by the video on what's app. Great to be able to have a courtesy car whilst car in for service and great to have the vehicle washed and hoovered!

Did not do what I explicitly asked. I asked for the car to be serviced and checked before sending it to MOT, so any issues could be dealt with. For the second year running, the service group checked the car but sent it to MOT knowing it would fail.

Disatisfied with the Sytner app and having to personally visit the service centre to book my car in (as no one answered my calls to discuss my concerns) however on the day the service went well and completed in the time they said it would be ready

I initially spoke to Syed and the pricing was very confusing. He didn't seem particularly quick in agreeing a price. Luckily when I came to pick it up James was much clearer and sorted everything out.

James on reception is really good, excellent customer service. He rang to let me know my car had passed its mot and what was left to do. The car came back as it went in, clean and tidy. I always request no wash and that is always adhered to.

James and the team at Mini Nottingham performed without fault as always. However my experience was uniquely poor due to the ludicrous elimination of simple phone communication. Who ever decided to install a human free switchboard should be sacked.

The end to end service was exceptional. The only draw back was the wait at the service desk, both on drop off and pick up I was waiting a good 5-10 minutes with no one present and ignored by the sales staff till I was force to call out.

Overall OK but we had to return the next day as the brake fluid cap had NOT been replaced and just left onthe sill at the base of the windscreen and had to be fitted back in the correct place.we were lucky to see it and address the problem!!!

Hi Although I left it a bit late in the Month to get in touch, you were able to offer me a choice of Service dates very promptly. I arrived early, 8.15am, and had agreed to wait until the Service was complete, you suggested this would be before 11am.

Service was fine but the drivers seat had completely changed position. Very frustrating. Took several attempts to get the back rest to the correct position so that it wasn't causing back ache. There was no need for this to be moved.
