After a bit of confusion standing in Mini, wondering why it was dark and empty. I finally noticed a small A4 black and white notice saying servicing was now next door at BMW. Arrived next door and customer service was great as usual Can't fault it!

Drop off was fine, but pickup was very chaotic. My wife arrived but wasn't seen quickly, with the service team not aware she was waiting. The car was then not where it should have been. This all meant my wife was late to work, she wasn't happy.

The mot was to take 90 mins and with car wash up to 2 hours - I had to check where car was after 2 hours 20 as app said it was back either me but it wasn't. When waiting for the mot it would have been nice to be kept updated in delays

The handover of the new car was pleasant but when I got home I realised very important information about the digital keys hadn't been given to me. I returned an immaculately clean car but was forced to declare it was returned dirty because it rained.

I'm sure the service was fine. However as soon as I got into my car the warning light to pump up the tyres came on. It was taken back in and turns out all 4 tyres need some air. Disappointing after spending over £500 on a service.
