Mia especially did a great job throughout the process of getting my new mini explaining every step clearly and being on hand to answer any questions. When collecting my mini she spent time going through bits in the car and it never felt rushed.

I spent £500 on a full service which including a car clean , on getting the car back there was still cobwebs on the mirrors and it was not vacuumed out , the clean of the car was poor

Re: service advisor - It was rushed, felt very impersonal, i didn't feel like he even knew any info on my mini and i was the one pulling info. I advised myself to get a new tyre as per the info i got out of the advisor.

James' service was outstanding. This score is only for him and the mechanic team. The service to get an appointment was hopeless and completely inflexible. This left me with a non functioning care for a week longer that was necessary.

I contacted Mini to discuss my position. Mandy called me back as soon as possible to discuss options and suggested popping into the showroom to go through what was available. When we met up, Mandy went through all my options which really helped.

this would have been 5 stars as everyone I dealt with on the day was great, but the booking process was painful and took about 10 times longer than the previous system of being able to phone up, speak to someone on site and get booked in.

Very poor, despite being serviced at Sytner all these years, there was a oil leak which damaged EPU. During recent visit paid for internal air freshener, but despite reminding twice wasn't fitted.

Everything was fine with the individual looking after me who I recognised as he has looked after my services / Mot previously. It was a little bit busy now mini is mixed with the bmw garage also no parking so I hope that is organised better.

Rating is for helpfulness but I wasn't overly impressed. Problem was sorted eventually & staff were friendly & respectful. However it took a long time before it was resolved & had I not checked before I left it would not have been resolved at all

The booking in and collection was unsatisfactory. Nobody told me it is being done at bmw now so I was waiting outside Mini. On collection I was told the wrong place for my car and had to find it via tracker.
