The process of buying my new Mini could not have been smoother. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, patient and efficient - without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and communication, both face to face and via mobile was excellent.

Mandy was brilliant-making sure everything was in place for the handover of the car, along with a personal touch.Additional stripes on the Mini were costly but perfectly done.Some issues with part exchange of the car but that got resolved later.

Did not do what I explicitly asked. I asked for the car to be serviced and checked before sending it to MOT, so any issues could be dealt with. For the second year running, the service group checked the car but sent it to MOT knowing it would fail.

Disatisfied with the Sytner app and having to personally visit the service centre to book my car in (as no one answered my calls to discuss my concerns) however on the day the service went well and completed in the time they said it would be ready

The part was replaced free of charge under warranty without fuss, the car was cleaned and an Uber ordered to take me to the station.couldn't ask for more!

I initially spoke to Syed and the pricing was very confusing. He didn't seem particularly quick in agreeing a price. Luckily when I came to pick it up James was much clearer and sorted everything out.

James on reception is really good, excellent customer service. He rang to let me know my car had passed its mot and what was left to do. The car came back as it went in, clean and tidy. I always request no wash and that is always adhered to.

James and the team at Mini Nottingham performed without fault as always. However my experience was uniquely poor due to the ludicrous elimination of simple phone communication. Who ever decided to install a human free switchboard should be sacked.

Although I signed up for a complimentary wash and vac, it wasn't great! My car had needed a wash a few days before but I left it thinking it would be done when my car came in to you. It was the worst wash and vac ever !

The end to end service was exceptional. The only draw back was the wait at the service desk, both on drop off and pick up I was waiting a good 5-10 minutes with no one present and ignored by the sales staff till I was force to call out.

Overall OK but we had to return the next day as the brake fluid cap had NOT been replaced and just left onthe sill at the base of the windscreen and had to be fitted back in the correct place.we were lucky to see it and address the problem!!!

Hi Although I left it a bit late in the Month to get in touch, you were able to offer me a choice of Service dates very promptly. I arrived early, 8.15am, and had agreed to wait until the Service was complete, you suggested this would be before 11am.

Service was fine but the drivers seat had completely changed position. Very frustrating. Took several attempts to get the back rest to the correct position so that it wasn't causing back ache. There was no need for this to be moved.

My mini was not always charging with Type 2 lead. I believed it was a faulty cable. After investigation the service engineer could not be certain of the problem. I have successfully charged with another Type2 lead and now think it's the port or head.
