The Mini centre was great and the sales team were great, but the car was delivered with the wrong wheels what I originally ordered and we have also noticed that the boot door is slightly out of line.

Sophie was very helpful while choosing my car options. I was kept up to date through the whole process from factory to delivery. The handover was seamless with much of the paperwork done beforehand - She was a star guiding me through how to drive it.

Shortly after the service our car developed a problem and had to be returned for additional work which was an inconvenience to us as we were without a car for 4/5 days. Mini did however fully resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction.

Had to take car in for recall. Inconvenient, but the free health check and wash made up for my loss of time. Woman who confirmed appointment did say ny car would be cleaned inside as well.it wasn't. On visit James was very friendly and informative

Service was great, car booked in with a pre booking in service via phone app, booked my car in for full service but when I've got there and they've checked by my key fob, I only needed a part service, which saved me money. Fantastic service.

Reason for my visit was for a part recall. Would have scored higher if I hadn't needed to bring my car in twice for the same recall reason, which is quite inconvenient, however this time I was given a curtesy car which made it easier.

4 stars is very good. The experience has not been unpleasant and one is now making a return visit. It is was actually nice to talk to the technician who explained himself very well and knows the car. But you can still aim for complete satisfaction.

First time disappointed, whilst picking my car up after an MOT it was mentioned that an oil change was due. I would have appreciated being told this before picking the car up to save having to make another appointment! 90 min appointment took 2 hrs!

Agreed time for pick up at drop off at 8am to get a call 10 mins before to say it would be another hour yet on my mini app car had only moved 45 minutes before then car was suddenly ready 5 minutes after originall time.

I am kept well informed and I very much appreciate the video of my car so that I can see any issues. I would find it slightly better if the commentary was a little bit slower and clearer but otherwise they do an excellent job.

When cleaning air con would like to see empty container. Also asked for oil to be added, only to find the oil on floor of passenger side for me to fill. I don't like this idea, it should be completed by the engineer.

The recall on my Mini EV was sorted out at the same time as the service. I was loaned a curtsey car, which made the whole exercise pleasurable. My car was cleaned and I got updates on the Mini app, which gave me a tour of the underside of my car
