The Mini centre was great and the sales team were great, but the car was delivered with the wrong wheels what I originally ordered and we have also noticed that the boot door is slightly out of line.

Sophie was very helpful while choosing my car options. I was kept up to date through the whole process from factory to delivery. The handover was seamless with much of the paperwork done beforehand - She was a star guiding me through how to drive it.

Matthew dealt with me in a friendly professional manner without any sales pressure or jargon. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and he obtained the perfect reg no for me. It was nice to be delt with as a human being.

I am kept well informed and I very much appreciate the video of my car so that I can see any issues. I would find it slightly better if the commentary was a little bit slower and clearer but otherwise they do an excellent job.

When cleaning air con would like to see empty container. Also asked for oil to be added, only to find the oil on floor of passenger side for me to fill. I don't like this idea, it should be completed by the engineer.

The actual servicing of the car from the technical side was great. Video report was appreciated and all work carried out as specified. Car washed too.

The recall on my Mini EV was sorted out at the same time as the service. I was loaned a curtsey car, which made the whole exercise pleasurable. My car was cleaned and I got updates on the Mini app, which gave me a tour of the underside of my car

Recent service experience very polite and helpful (5 star) but have been dissatisfied with Sytner MINI customer service when I purchased the car. A fault from new was not remedy by Sytner MINI for over 9 months and only after continued complaints.

I had a list of everything that was checked there was things that I didn't understand about my car the staff was happy to show me my car was wash and clean ??

The car was is for a recall and reprogramming. When I got the car back almost everything had been changed including physical things which had nothing to do with the reprogramming. More care should be taken to return the car as they received it.
