From first visiting the dealership to delivery of the car I was made to feel quite special and welcome. The staff were excellent, very motivated and very understanding. There was zero pressure on me and everything was done at my pace.

Unfortunately my initial quote of around £341 escalated to over £1,000. It was made known the end cost could increase subject to what was found once in the workshop. But I wasn't prepared for such a price difference.

When I booked the service, I was told that within 1 day I could get back my car. However, it actually took 3 days and no spare car for me. On the other hand, the service is good that I all the ways are polite and I can get into the situation easily.

Very friendly staff who came across honest & trustworthy. Although my mini went in for rear brakes, at my request they also reset the factory settings at no extra charge. They were also very complementary about my mini! Everyone loves a compliment!

Mandy Blackmore was fantastic - very calm and informative, happy to go over what does what in the car as many times as necessary. She was reassuring and kind, explaining how to drive an automatic (first time for me) and nothing was too much trouble.
