Katie Wilson In sales was fantastic, she really made the experience stress free. I also ordered some car mats for my MINI which she dropped off on her way home one night. She really went above and beyond.

Dealers very friendly although given incorrect information at times

I requested that the Sytner Mini lettering not be stuck on the rear windows. It was removed when I collected the car. I think it should not be assumed that customers will accept these logos. Please ask beforehand.

Amy was fantastic, the delivery of my vehicle was a day later than originally anticipated through no fault of the Nottm branch and I was kept informed at all times.

Previous experiences at this dealership have affected my score. However I feel I have at last received the service level expected.

Great service my only niggle was the valet on the inside of the car was rather messy could see the cleaning products on the dash and doors.

The trouble with Sytner is they're always trying to sell something, or say that something needs replacing when it doesn't. The car went in for it's first service in June 2012 and they told me I needed new brake pads... I DID NOT Still don't.

Thank you for your feedback. I have checked our paperwork: The front brake pad measurement is 2mm of friction material remaining above the metal of the pad. Our advice is to replace the brake pads immediately. We would be happy to put the car on a ramp and show you how the measurement is made if you wish. Also we will have your car re-cleaned at no cost. i just have one small scratch that needs attention...valuation 500.00 seems an excessive sum to put it right. any suggestions

After the service the dealership called me and said the car needed £1200 worth of work doing. The dealership said the tyres were ilegal to drive. I took to an indipendant dealership who did the work alot cheaper. £339.
