Helen Barnes is an International Slalom Canoeist from West Bridgford, Nottingham, (see www.helsbarnes.co.uk).......she has just made it into the Guinness Book of Records for a 2nd time - by doing the fastest time for 100 Eskimo rolls WITHOUT a paddle (she was already in the record book for the record WITH a paddle!)
