The service receptionist was very helpful with my questions, even following up with a phone call, the car came back beautifully clean and felt like a new car again. However, it seemed quite expensive considering I have to bring it in again next Feb.
The process couldn't have been more straightforward and was made extremely easy by the efficiency of the sytner representatives.
Car required to go back due to oil leak (covered by warranty) the member of staff tried to get me a courtesy car due to being heavily pregnant, even though there were none available when first booked he went out his way to arrange one for me.

Pleasant experience, very helpful and friendly salesman who appraised the type of customer I am and presented himself accordingly, rather than subjecting me to the usual training manual routine.
Helpful and approachable
Booking easy, drop off, info and collection easy. Staff were friendly, helpful & attentive but not pushy.
The sales person was the best I have experienced in 56 years of car buying. My wife also said the same thing spontaneously. Very pleasant (without being unctuous) , knowledgeable, clear, helpful and prompt to respond to queries.
Young lady on the service desk was very knowledgeable and informative, I can't remember her name but was impressed.
Comparing with previous manufacturers service experience
Had very good service and was made to feel completely comfortable throughout. There was no unnecessary 'sales' pressure, just good customer service.

Callum was very knowledgeable about all of the different models and finding the specification to suit my requirements. He went out of his way to help during the handover.
I felt disappointed that I had to come away with another wing mirror which was not in perfect condition. It was also inconvenient that I had to come back again. But I was happy with the way the friendly staff spoke to me, and they offered me a drink

Martin at the service centre was efficient and very welcoming. He really tried his best to serve all the customers during a busy Sunday. He really needed some support staff with him, there was a queue of three people waiting for him
The car was ordered and delivered exactly as requested. A special effort was made when collecting the car by the salesman which made the whole process a very memorable one.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and informative.
Staff on servicing desk were really friendly and helpful. All details of what was being done were clearly shown and explained along.
They never let me leave unless I am completely satisfied, they always sort out everything fully.

I was told I would be sent an email with a film of the service which never arrived. When I received a call following up the service, I asked about the film & was told there was a technical problem with it but I could drop by & see it on their screen.
