Mini used to call customers the day after service/work was carried out to check they were happy and everything was ok - this was a really nice personal touch - a lot nicer than the less personal email survey measuring your service levels
Professional, efficient and friendly
The car was serviced etc and returned to time. Chyna & Becky were helpful & friendly. Let down by the really poor valet / clean. Suggestion - do not offer the service, if it is not going to be done properly.
The service went without a problem and they sorted an annoying rattle on driver door

This is a shame really as I have used Sytner Leicester previously and they have been fantastic Nottingham however were a different story lack of communication I was forever ringing them to ask the progress of my car and getting no joy .

The salesman was knowledgable and efficient. The only slight quibble I had was that I was unable to collect the car on my preferred day of the week because it was the salesman's day off and no one else could complete the sale on his behalf.

Miscommunication between mini and the dealer regarding discontinued colours which in turn was not communicated to us in time. Communication does seem to be an issue, as it's been very poor since collection.

As mentioned in question one. Yas who looked after me was excellent.
Quick and efficient. The car was sparkling when I came to collect it and the receptionist escorted me to the car so I knew where it was. The video check under the car was also very helpful as it is the part you never see normally.
Very well looked after by Yas and Gareth, extremely patient and knowledgeable, kept me updated through the process. We're both professional and approachable. Good ambassadors for Sytner!
