I was told it would be a 90 minute job & as I needed to wait in the centre while it was done, was hoping this would be the case. After a 40 minute walk, my car had not moved & the whole thing ended up taking almost 3 hours.

Concerned that the financial salesperson tried to sell me gap insurance even though my car insurance provided two years new for old. I believe attempting to sell gap insurance at the point of car sale is in breach of the financial regulations .

We ordered a dash cam and reverse sensors but these had not been fitted when we collected the car so we had to return the following week for them to be fitted.

Callum Geoghegan from Sytnernottingham was excellent. I only went to look and ended buying a car. He was very informative and not pushy. He went that bit extra by, at my request, driving me home before I drove the new car.

Service was very good, getting the video of the health check whilst at the dealers enabled me to see the problems highlighted and discuss how to solve them. My other car dealer does not even come close to this. Also getting the car cleaned was great.
